INGREDIENT LIST:
2 CUPS RED WHEAT
¾ CUPS POPPYSEED
½ CUP HONEY
½ CUP SUGAR
1 FULL CUP CHOPPED PECANS
BOILING WATER
STEP #1:
POUR WHEAT INTO LARGE BOWL. RUN WATER THROUGH IT TO CLEAN ANY HUSKS THAT FLOAT TO THE TOP. POUR OFF WATER & THEN DRAIN THROUGH A SIEVE.

2 c carrots
1 ½ c onion
3 c potato
approx. 2 tbsp lemon juice
